Will joined the firm in 2002 and is accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist in Employment and Industrial Relations law. Prior to joining the firm he was a university lecturer in employment and industrial relations. In addition to law and economic degrees he also holds a Masters degree in industrial relations and human resource management, at honours level.
Will has experience in a broad range of workplace law matters including:
- advising employers and employees on workplace relations options and strategies
- drafting collective and individual workplace agreements
- discrimination claims
- unfair contract claims
- occupational health and safety
- employment contract negotiations and claims
- unfair dismissal claims
- industrial disputes
- enforcement claims and/or prosecutions for breaches of industrial instruments.
